Before We Arrive
Before we arrive for a collection of your car please make sure:
- There is a clear access for the truck to tow your car away if not please let us know.
- Remove all personal items from the car, including e-tags, glasses and cds.
- Remove all license plates and deregister your vehicle with Vicroads on 131171, however we can asist you in removing licenses plates if you are having difficulty
- Have your photo ID ready for identification purposes
